It was a warm summer day with the sun setting, casting a yellow glow across the pasture. The donkeys have been on my mind so I deviated from “Plan A” and HAD to paint this picture of Tiki, one where we had greeted each other. You know, they do have their own language!!
That’s Arthur hiding from the sun in the shadows of a tree back there.
Originally I was going to paint the garden but sometimes I just need to follow my heart. I love the orange undertones peeking through. Referencing from a photo I have listed on my website.
