Acrylic with Palette Knife and other means, by Cheryl L. McClure

Inspired by my brother’s photograph of ice flowers. His picture was like a painting to begin with so I wanted to paint what I saw. All the little bubbles and frozen parts around the flower were magical so I was hoping to do his picture justice with the palette knife on canvas.
