Description
Mermaid. This image was taken at the Chinese Lantern Festival in Dallas, Texas. I added a little outside of the picture to make a border with some lily pads and seafoam.
This picture would be great for a child's room or a fun tropical room. I have had it printed on canvas for my granddaughter and it looks much better in person than it does on the computer! The colors are vivid and the texture in the background with the vignette are really pretty.
It was a brisk cool night to take a walk around the lagoon at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas and be mesmerized by the beautiful and crafty lanterns everywhere. More than 40 Chinese artisans spent weeks creating the lanterns and some were so large they had to be lifted to the lagoon by helicopter.
