Description
This little female cardinal was perched on a hanging basket in our front yard and I took a photograph so I could paint her! Cardinals always remind me of my grandma. I would go to visit her and she loved bird, as do I now. She had a bird feeder right outside a window in one of the bedrooms and we would sit and watch them from in the house. Cardinals seem to remind others of their loved ones so it makes this little picture so special.
