One Day at a Time is a slogan used by many in 12 step programs. A way of life which consists of taking each day and being present in that day, being grateful for the life given and the blessings we are showered with.

I think you can always look around and see something beautiful to behold. From a young age, I enjoyed drawing and painting so being self taught and then going a step further, I worked to receive an Associate's Degree in Art.
