Description
We had a bumper crop of Queen Anne’s Lace flowers in our pasture. The donkeys seemed to float from one side of the field to the other. I captured this one of our donkey, Jasper and it looked so magical to me and it portrayed something Medival about it.
Queen Anne’s Lace, Daucus carota is a delicate flower with lots of tiny petals. It is known as the uncultivated form of the carrot, with broad round heads of tiny white flowers that resemble lace. Also called wild carrot.
